On 1 July 2026, the Law on Digital Transformation enters into force. The Law sets out rules regarding marketing and advertising conduct for organisations operating digital systems and platforms. Article 38(1) requires the public and transparent disclosure of codes of conduct, terms and conditions of use, complaint handling mechanisms, and policies for protecting user rights. Article 41(5) guarantees users the right to complete, clear, accurate, transparent, and timely information on terms and conditions when using digital products and services. Article 43(4) mandates warning labels on digital content products containing material harmful to children.
