Closed consultation on EU Data Act including data transfer requirements

On 13 May 2022, the public consultation on the Data Act closed. The Act includes requirements for international data transfers of non-personal data and states that data processing service providers must take technical, legal and organisational measures to prevent the international transfer or governmental access to non-personal data which would breach national or EU law.
