Publication of draft amendment of NetzDG increasing user rights

The German Cabinet publishes its proposal for an amendment of the Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz, which focusses on increasing user rights to report abuse and avoid overblocking. The reporting of hateful content is facilitated and harmonised, and new mechanisms for users` protection from blocking is enhanced.
