On 1 July 2026, the Law on Digital Transformation enters into force. The Law establishes the obligation of organisations to coordinate with state agencies in verifying and sharing data and fulfilling obligations serving digital transformation as prescribed by law. Article 30(2) requires organisations to provide data to the Digital Transformation Implementation Statistics, Measurement, Monitoring, and Evaluation Platform for state management purposes. Article 39(3) requires organisations and businesses to provide and report data for digital economy statistics as requested by competent state agencies. Article 27(1) confirms that such activities must comply with the law on data and other relevant laws.
