Law on Digital Technology Industry including copyright protection regulation was introduced to National Assembly
On 8 October 2024, the Digital Technology Industry Law was introduced to the National Assembly. The law delineates the prohibited acts in digital technology industry activities. Infringement of intellectual property rights is also included among others. In particular, the illicit appropriation, transfer, or sale of the results of research and development in digital technology products and services is prohibited.
