China: Consultation opened on draft Provisions on the Review of Concentration of Operators

On 27 June 2022, China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) published and opened a consultation on the draft Provisions on the Review of Concentration of Operators, which updates its regulations on merger review in line with the recently amended Anti-Monopoly Law. The draft Provisions contain the rules by which relevant merger situations are to be evaluated by responsible authorities. The consultation closes on 27 July 2022.
