Announced appeal against requirements for 5G auctions banning the use of Huawei products for 5G services
On 6 November 2020, Huawei filed an appeal against the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority's decision to ban the use of Huawei (and ZTE) products on the 5G frequencies in Sweden. In particular, Huawei requests the removal of the conditions prohibiting Huawei products from being used to carry out 5G services.
