Implemented Data Governance Act

On 24 September 2023, the Data Governance Act is implemented. The Act aims to improve data sharing trust, establish new EU laws on data marketplace neutrality, and make it easier to reuse some public-sector data. In important fields, including health, the environment, energy, agriculture, mobility, finance, manufacturing, public administration, and skills, it will establish common European data spaces.
