Switzerland: Appeal of Uber v Canton Geneva ruling over employer status classification

On 21 January 2021, the Federal Supreme Court (Bundesgericht) of Switzerland granted the request for appeal on the issue of Uber's classification as a transport company. The case revolves around the Geneva Court of Justice's decision of 17 November 2020 that Uber was properly classified as a transport company.
