Cybersecurity Review Measures Adopted
On 27 April 2020, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) alongside another eleven government agencies issued the Measures on Cybersecurity Review. The Measures will come into force on 1 June 2020. Under the new measures, The operators of critical infrastructure in China would be obliged to conduct a risk assessment to ensure that their activities don’t negatively impact the national security in China.
