National Press and Publication Administration issued 2026 list of approved imported online video games
On 26 January 2026, China's National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA) published the 2026 list of approved imported online video games. The NPPA is responsible for approving video games by both domestic and foreign game developers prior to their release in the Chinese market. For January 2026, the NPPA approved 5 new imported titles, namely Rainbow Six: Offensive, Rainbow Island: Alice's Land, Angry Birds: The Return of the Classics, Angry Birds: Dream Break, and Secretly captures gold. The list is updated throughout the year as the NPPA approves further titles.
