Issued NPPA 2025 list of approved imported online video games
On 20 January 2025, China's National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA) issued a new list of approved imported online video games. The NPPA is responsible for approving video games by both domestic and foreign game developers prior to their release in the Chinese market. In particular, the NPPA approved 13 new imported titles, including Ultraman: Warrior of Light, Frostpunk: The Last Home, Uncharted Waters: Triumphal Route, Roy's Mobile Fortress, Comic Stars: The Grand Gathering, Legend of Sword and Fairy: Return, Mori Hill Campground, Ragnarok Online: Beginner's Guide, Modern Battleships, Soul Ferry, Star Mark Resonance, Heaven Sword 2: Awakening and Never Give Up: Mirror World.
