The Bill applies to providers of intermediary services operating in Bulgaria, including hosting services, online platforms, and online search engines. The Bill establishes supervisory, investigative, and enforcement powers for the designated authorities and sets out coordination and cooperation mechanisms with the European Commission and other Member State authorities under the DSA.
