Description

Financial Markets Authority issued updated guidance against unauthorised crypto-asset services, including bitcoinevista and trademintus

On 23 December 2025, France’s Financial Markets Authority (AMF) issued guidance cautioning the public about unauthorised actors illegally offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services in France. The guidance applies to websites offered to French users without the required authorisation. It was stated that since the start of 2025, the AMF has added 71 names to its blacklist. The newly identified unauthorised websites include accgnmine, aichaintrader, immediate-bitcoin, immediate-alpha, quantumai, iziwallet, trader-ai, tradeogre, and zencryptopro-fr. The AMF advised investors to avoid these platforms and to verify providers against the official list of authorised crypto-asset service providers before investing.
