On 1 July 2026, the Law on Digital Transformation enters into force. The Law includes testing-related provisions applicable to organisations participating in digital transformation. Article 4(6) establishes activities to research, test, pilot, evaluate, and deploy digital technology products and services and new digital transformation models, including controlled testing. Article 4(11) confirms pilot development through building and test-operating digital systems, digital platforms, and digital services within a limited scope to evaluate effectiveness. Article 28 confirms that agencies, organisations, and businesses may conduct controlled trials of processes, solutions, products, services, and business models in digital transformation in accordance with relevant laws.
