United Kingdom: Office of Communications issued provisional determination against Kick Online Entertainment over failure to implement age assurance measures to prevent children from accessing pornographic content

On 19 November 2025, the Office of Communications (Ofcom) issued a provisional notice of contravention to Kick Online Entertainment under section 12 of the Online Safety Act, which requires services offering pornographic content to use effective age assurance to prevent children from accessing such material.
