On 1 December 2025, the national standard on e-commerce platform service quality evaluation entered into force. The standard proposes an evaluation index system for the service quality of e-commerce platforms, outlining rules for determining and assigning values to evaluation indicators. It establishes evaluation principles and methods, detailing rules for forming evaluation results, and setting principles for expansion. The standard aims to improve the service quality of e-commerce platforms, optimise the user experience, and enhance the quality of e-commerce platform supervision.
