On 15 August 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology closed the public consultation, which had been open since 12 August 2025, on the Draft Law on Digital Transformation, 2025. The Draft Law requires owners of digital platforms and systems to compile and provide periodic or ad hoc statistics and reports to competent state agencies under Article 43(2)(a) and Article 43(2)(b). The Draft Law also requires information systems serving online public services to be designed to automatically measure and monitor quality and performance, including processing speed, stability, information security, and user experience, under Article 30(1), and to improve quality based on assessments and feedback under Article 30(2). The Draft Law further requires organisations introducing products, goods, processes, or services serving digital transformation to ensure quality management and monitoring where such products or services connect to information systems of state agencies under Article 63(1).
