On 11 March 2022, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) closed the consultation on its draft guidelines (1/2022) on the Right of Access of data subjects to their personal data under Art. 15 of the GDPR. The draft guidelines explain the scope of the Right of Access, the ways in which controllers can provide access, and limits to the Right of Access.
