European Union: Opened consultation on EDPB draft guidelines on Right of Access

On 28 January 2022, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) published and opened a consultation on the draft guidelines (1/2022) on the Right of Access of data subjects to their personal data under Art. 15 of the GDPR. The draft guidelines explain the scope of the Right of Access, the ways in which controllers can provide access, and limits to the Right of Access. The consultation will close on 11 March 2022.
