Office of Administrative Law approved Employment Regulations Regarding Automated-Decision Systems

On 27 June 2025, the Office of Administrative Law approved the final regulations issued by the California Civil Rights Council concerning the application of existing antidiscrimination laws to artificial intelligence, algorithms, and other automated-decision systems used in employment contexts.
