United Kingdom: Competition and Markets Authority opened consultation on investigation into proposed acquisition of Spirent Communications by Keysight Technologies

On 16 January 2025, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) opened a consultation as part of its investigation into the anticipated acquisition of Spirent Communications by Keysight Technologies on 30 January 2025.
