European Union: Adopted EDPB Guidelines 01/2020 on data protection regulation

The Guidelines 01/2020 on processing personal data in the context of connected vehicles and mobility-related applications are adopted by the European Data Protection Board. In particular, the guidelines offer general recommendations on the categories and purposes of utilised data, the right of data subjects and the principles that shall be followed in the design of data processing procedures. Moreover, the Guidelines contains a variety of related case studies.
