On 8 October 2024, the Supreme Court of Brazil authorised the immediate reinstatement of X Brasil Internet Ltd.'s operations in Brazil, following the suspension of its services since 30 August due to non-compliance with previous court decisions. The ruling was contingent on the company's continued adherence to Brazilian laws and judicial decisions. This includes the blocking of profiles disseminating false information and the appointment of a legal representative in Brazil, as mandated by national legislation. The company demonstrated compliance by blocking the specified profiles and appointing a legal representative, in addition to paying fines totalling BRL 28.6 million. The Attorney General's Office supported the resumption of the company's activities, citing full compliance with the imposed conditions. The National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) was ordered to implement the decision.
