United States of America: Rejected Large online platforms: user identity authentication (SB 1228)

On 31 August 2024, the Large online platforms: user identity authentication Bill (SB 1228) was rejected by the Senate of California as it failed to pass before the conclusion of the 2023-2024 legislative session.
