Introduced amendment of Communications Law including data retention and sharing requirements

On 14 April 2021, the amendment of Law No. 126-FZ on Communications (Bill No. 1154099-7) is introduced in the State Duma. In particular, the amendment introduces the obligation for technological communication network providers to retain certain types of data and share such data upon request of state authories for investigative purposes.
