Opened consultation on EU Regulation laying down additional procedural rules relating to the enforcement of GDPR in cross-border cases

On 7 July 2023, the European Commission opened a consultation on the EU Regulation laying down additional procedural rules relating to the enforcement of GDPR in cross-border cases until 1 September 2023. The regulation aims to harmonise some rules of the administrative procedure applied by the national data protection authorities in cross-border cases. All feedback received will be summarised by the European Commission and presented to the European Parliament and Council with the aim of contributing to the legislative debate.
