On 20 December 2022, the Greek Data Protection Authority (DPA) opened an investigation into Intellexa SA, an intelligence system provider. The DPA opened the investigation into Intellexa's, following reports of individuals' information tracking. As a result, a raid into the offices of Intellexa was conducted, and an investigation into its data collection and tracking practices was opened.
