European Union: Announced EU-Thailand Partnership and Cooperation Agreement including digital trade provisions

On 2 September 2022, the European Union and Thailand announced that they had finalised the EU-Thailand Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) text. The parties aim to exchange information on regulatory matters in the context of digital trade to ensure the recognition and facilitation of interoperable electronic trust and authentication services.
