Commission proposes a Joint Cyber Unit

The European Commission proposes to build a new Joint Cyber Unit to tackle cyber security issues across the European Union. The Unit would serve as a plattform between different cyber security bodies in order to enable a coordinative approach when dealing with cyberattacks. The Commission aims to operationalise the Joint Cyber Unit by 31st December 2022.
