Opened consultation on draft Regulation implementing Article 46 of the Digital Markets Act

On 9 December 2022, the European Commission opened a public consultation on the draft Regulation implementing Article 46 of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) until 6 January 2022. The draft Regulation sets out the rules on notifications, requests and other information submissions requirements under the DMA. Further, it sets out the rules on the opening of proceedings, the right to be heard, and the right of access to file by the addressees of the Commission’s preliminary findings. The Regulation, if adopted, would enter into force on 2 May 2023.
