Administrative court (conseil d`etat) issues a decision partially annulling the CNIL guidelines on the consent requirement for online cookies. The original guidelines proposed banning "cookie walls" that let companies ban user access in case they decline to the company`s cookie policy. The administrative court objected to this exclusion.
