Implemented Law no. 2021-1901 establishing minimum fee on book delivery
On 1 January 2022, the French Law no. 2021-1901 establishing a minimum fee on book delivery was implemented. The Law amends existing regulations on book prices. The Law mandates that shipping charges on new books must be billed to include a minimum fee and that this minimum fee will be determined by the Order of the ministers responsible for culture and the economy.
