Announced investigation on Apple for selling iPhones without chargers

On 28 October 2020, the Consumer Protection Foundation of the State of São Paulo (Procon-SP) announced an investigation against APPLE COMPUTER BRASIL LTDA for selling iPhones without chargers. The company is asked to justify its behaviour. In particular, it is asked which reasons support the company's commercial decision, what will be the cost of the devices offered separately, and how the company will manage the warranty expiration dates of iPhone and charger if bought separately.
