Implemented Federal Communications Commission Open Internet Order 2015

On 12 June 2015, the Federal Communications Commission implemented the Open Internet Order. The order prohibits mobile broadband providers from blocking access to legal content, throttling lawful Internet traffic based on content, and prioritising certain types of traffic in exchange for payment. Moreover, the order bans Internet Service Providers from prioritizing the content and services of their affiliates.
