Kominfo issues order blocking access to 7 electronic systems due to non-compliance with registration requirement

On 31 July 2022, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) announced that it had blocked access to seven Private Scope Electronic System Operators (PSE), namely, Paypal, Steam, Dota, CS Go, Yahoo, Origin.com and Epic Games. The Ministry also confirmed that it had carried out temporary access normalization for PayPal until 5 August 2022 in order to enable people to move their assets to other available platforms.
