Kominfo announces the blocking of access to 10 operators over non-compliance with registration requirement

On 29 July 2022, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) announced that several electronic systems, including Amazon, Paypal, Yahoo, Bing, Steam, Dota, CS GO, Battle Net, Origin and Epic Games failed to register as required in the Regulation No. 5 of 2020 on Private Electronic System Operators. In its announcement, Kominfo stated that due to the companies' failure to register, it will block access to their electronic systems.
