Consultation closed on Promotion of Digital Resilience Companies Act

On 23 August 2021, the consultation on the Promotion of Digital Resilience Companies Act is closed. The aim of the Act is to provide the legal basis for the tasks and powers of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy (EZK) in the field of digital resilience of non-vital businesses in the Netherlands. The Act requires the Minister of EZK to inform and advise companies about specific vulnerabilities, threats and incidents that relate to their network and information systems. The Digital Trust Center (DTC), which is part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, will carry out this task.
