Closed consultation on Online Platforms and Digital Advertising Market study

On 30 July 2019, the Competition and Markets Unit closed its consultation on how online platforms gain market power, the impact of such market power on consumers, the consumers' capacity and willingness to control how their data is used and collected and whether competition in the digital advertising market sector is distorted by the platforms' market power. The results of the consultation will be used in the study of the Online Platforms and Digital Advertising Market.
