Announcement of new measures on foreign direct investment for broadcasting
On 2 February 2021, Indonesia issued Presidential Regulation No. 10/2021 and introduced new measures on foreign direct investment. Under this regulation, Indonesia would liberalise the foreign investment in the tv and radio broadcastings, newspapers, and news agency industries.
