Colorado House Bill 22-1099 including digital identification requirement implemented
On 1 January 2023, Colorado House Bill 22-1099, "concerning mandatory disclosures of third-party sellers selling through online market places", is implemented. The Bill requires high volume third-party sellers on online marketplaces, defined as sellers who, over a continuous twelve month period, have made at least 200 discrete sales for total revenue of at least 5000 USD using a specific online marketplace, to provide the online marketplace with information, including bank details and contact information.
