Article 19 requires providers to offer convenient means for users to exit anthropomorphic artificial intelligence interaction services at any time through window operation, voice control, keyword input, or other means, and prohibits providers from obstructing exit through continued interaction. Article 21 requires providers to improve user appeal and public complaint and reporting mechanisms, set up convenient and effective channels, clarify processing procedures and feedback time limits, and promptly accept, process, and provide feedback on outcomes.
