On 29 September 2025, a Bill amending the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and certain other acts, with a view to enabling national application and enforcement of the Digital Services Act was introduced to the Sejm. The Bill applies to providers of intermediary services operating within Poland, and it establishes a domestic supervision and enforcement framework for the Digital Services Act. The proposed Bill would designate the President of the Office of Electronic Communications as the Digital Services Coordinator, allocate sector-specific responsibilities to other national authorities, and establish procedures for the handling of complaints, the issuance of orders concerning illegal content, and the imposition of administrative sanctions.
