On 10 December 2025, the Cyber Security Law, including operational license requirements, was adopted by the National Assembly. The Law introduces licensing requirements for cybersecurity products and services. The Law applies to enterprises engaged in the business, including import and export activities. The Law mandates that companies are required to hold valid licences and comply with cybersecurity and related legal obligations. The Government is empowered to grant, suspend, and revoke licences and to regulate market access conditions. Existing licences issued under the Law on Network Information Security remain valid until expiry, while new licences must comply with the new law.
