Sejm (Lower Chamber) established final text of the Crypto-Asset Market Act

On 7 November 2025, the Sejm (Lower Chamber) established the final text of the Crypto-Asset Market Act after considering amendments proposed by the Senate. This produced the final version of the legislation, cited as the Act of 7 November 2025, and forwarded to the President of the Republic of Poland. The Act confirmed the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and the supervisory role of the Financial Supervision Authority.
