Sejm (Lower Chamber) considered veto motion on Crypto-Asset Market Act
On 5 December 2025, the Sejm (Lower Chamber) considered the President’s veto motion on the Crypto-Asset Market Act. The vote to reject the veto resulted in 243 votes in favour, 192 against and 0 abstentions. As the vote did not achieve the required three-fifths majority of the statutory number of Deputies, the veto was sustained and the Act was not re-enacted.
