On 30 June 2026, the Act concerning measures to increase transparency for Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, including data protection regulation, enters into force. The Act applies to developers and deployers of high-risk AI and providers of generative AI. Developers must exercise care, share documentation, disclose risks, and publish intended uses. Deployers must implement risk management, conduct and update impact assessments, review deployments, inform consumers, and notify the Attorney General of discrimination. Generative AI interactions must be disclosed. Developers and deployers are jointly liable, violations count as unfair trade practices, and the Attorney General may issue rules.
