France: CNIL public consultation on GDPR awareness guide for trade unions closed

The public consultation by CNIL regarding its GDPR awareness guide for trade unions is closed on 18 March 2022. The consultation aims to explain the legal framework of data protection and to provide benchmarks in terms of organisation and professional practices. This guide is composed of : - a section explaining the CNIL's missions and the terms essential to understanding the guide; - twelve thematic sheets covering the principles of "data processing and liberties"; - a glossary defining technical terms.
