On 24 June 2025, China’s National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA) issued approval for a total of 147 domestic online games prior to their release on the Chinese market. As the authority responsible for reviewing and licensing video games in China, the NPPA granted publication numbers and approval codes under the Guoxinchushen〔2025〕series to a diverse range of titles across mobile, client-based, and web platforms. Approved titles include “Crazy Racing” (Hikr Technology), “Douluo Dalu: Soul Master Battle” (Shanghai Shengsong), “Soul Guard” (Shanghai Raofei), “True Dragon Fantasy” (Zishun), “Metal Max: Bounty Age” (Beijing Shijun), and “The Last Squad” (Shenzhen Chaoyou), among others. These games were published by a broad range of operators including Tencent, NetEase affiliates, and a variety of regional technology and media companies. Each title was also assigned a unique ISBN for official registration.
