European Parliament adopts position on draft Digital Services Act (DSA) including new digital oversight board

On 20 January 2022, the European Parliament adopted a common position on the draft DSA. The draft legislation proposes the creation of a new European Board for Digital Services which will aid EU member states with regard to oversight of digital services.
